In order to make the verification process easier for us you can upload your order invoice. In the case that we are unable to automatically verify your qualifying purchase with a shop, we can use a copy of your order invoice to manually try to find a record of your order. In order to try and manually verify your purchase, we need the following data from your invoice:

Are there other payment methods?
No, only Cashback and Gift Card payments are possible at this time. Cashback offers are only able to be paid out via PayPal (which requires an account), while Reward offers are only able to be paid out via Gift Card (no account required).
Is there a limit on how many offers I can redeem each month?
Yes, only 1 Cashback or Reward claim may be approved/paid out per user per shop within a 30 calendar day period. Also, each user is limited to a maximum of £100 total Cashback or Reward value each 30 day period. These limits are in place due to agreements with our advertiser partners who help sponsor these great offers.
How long does it take for my Cashback/Reward to be paid out?
Once a shop confirms that your order was placed via Voucherbox.co.uk, we will proceed in processing your claim. This generally takes between 5-7 business days. If your order is not confirmed by a shop within this time, then we will reach out to them for clarification. Please ensure that all of the information you upload is as accurate as possible to avoid any delays in processing your Cashback claim.
Where can I find the minimum order value required for each offer?
The minimum order value for each offer can always be found in the offer details below the offer title. Always be sure to double check this amount before completing your purchase for a Cashback/Reward claim! Please note that all delivery and shipping charges are excluded when calculating your total order value. As well, the total value is determined after any discounts or voucher codes have been applied.
What happens if I cancel my order or return the items I purchased?
A Cashback/Reward claim will be declined if any items of the original purchase made are cancelled or returned.

I made a mistake in my submitted PayPal address. Can I correct or adjust this?
Unfortunately, once a PayPal address has been submitted, it is unable to be adjusted or edited due to fraud protection measures and how the automatic payments system is set-up. Please be sure to double check all contact and PayPal address information before submitting!
How can I ensure that my purchase can be properly verified to receive my Cashback/Reward?
Once you activate an offer, go directly to that shop by clicking ‘Visit Shop’ and do not visit any other sites before you complete your purchase. As well, be sure than any ad blockers are disabled before activating a Cashback/Reward offer. Any interruption when visiting a shop directly from Voucherbox.co.uk could result in our team being unable to properly verify your completed purchase. Additionally, you can upload your order confirmation to help us verify your order.
Why does my purchase need to be verified in order to receive my Reward?
When you make a purchase directly through one of our partner advertiser shops, we receive a small commission which we use to pay for your Cashback or Reward. In the case that the shop does not attribute your order to Voucherbox, then we do not receive any payment and therefore are unable to award any Cashback or gift card in these cases. To prevent this from happening, be sure to follow our specific instructions when completing your purchase upon first activating a Cashback/Reward offer!
How do I redeem a Gift Card offer? Do I need a special account?
To receive a gift card Reward, all you need is a valid email address. No special login or account is necessary! Upon verification of your qualifying purchase, an email with instructions on how to claim your gift card Reward will be sent directly to the email address you provided when you first activated the Reward offer. If you have not received an email with instructions on how to redeem your gift card within 24 hours of your Reward being approved by our team, please notify us along with your claim ID# and email address: www.voucherbox.co.uk/contact
How can I receive Cashback if I don’t have a PayPal account?
Currently Cashback can only be paid out via PayPal. If you don’t already have an account, it is completely free and takes less than 5 minutes to complete. You can find more information about PayPal and the process of creating a new account here.
