About Ryan

Ryan O'Connell discovered a passion for writing while studying for a Bachelor's Degree in New Media & English at the University of Limerick. This interest was further nurtured through internships during his studies, leading him to pursue a career in content creation after graduation. Following three years in the marketing field, Ryan realised his true passion lay in helping people save money rather than encouraging them to spend.

In February 2024, Ryan joined the Voucherbox team, where he researches and uncovers tips and tricks to save money by scouring shopping pages across the internet for the best promotions and bargains. His professional expertise even extends into his personal life, where he enjoys testing the discount codes he finds to save on his favourite brands.
